This seminar will provide an in-depth examination of the Rules of Professional Conduct and how those rules apply daily to lawyers in practice. The course will examine how a lawyer can avoid being held in contempt by a court. There also will be an examination of the Canons of Judicial Conduct and how judges can avoid ethical problems.
